Notion VTEC Bhd, a metal processor and tools manufacturer, climbed 3 percent to RM2.08 in Kuala Lumpur trading at 10.15am, set for its highest close since July 29. The company plans to issue three- for-four bonus shares and free warrants, Notion VTEC said in a statement. -- Bloomberg
